CLASS LEVELS, REGISTRATION and FEES

Many classes are ongoing, and you may join those at anytime. One exception is our INTRODUCTORY CLASS, which is either a four- or five-week series. Pre-registration is recommended for all classes and workshops so we can inform you of any schedule changes. Some workshops REQUIRE preregistration.

Class Levels

• Level 1: Introduction to Iyengar Yoga.
• Level 2: Beginners.
• Level 3: Students with one to two years experience with Iyengar Yoga. Some intermediate poses introduced.
• Level 4: Intermediates. Emphasis will be on more advanced standing poses, backbends, and inverted poses.
• Level 5: For teachers and senior students.
• Restorative: A restorative series of poses is taught, often poses are supported.

To Register

Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes and workshops, and required for some.

If you cannot pre-register, please arrive at class a few minutes early and register with the teacher. Call ahead to insure that you are notified of any schedule changes.

Class Fees

Regular Classes:
$60 per 4-week month; $110 for 8 classes/month; or $20 per drop-in class.
Some teachers’ fees may vary; please see the class descriptions for specific fees. A sliding scale may be available. Please ask.

Yoga for Seniors:
This class is available at a reduced fee.

Introductory Courses:
Four-week session: $60
Five-week session: $75

Private Classes:
Private classes are also available by appointment.
