of Classes & Workshops
Explanation of Levels
- Level 1: Introduction to Iyengar Yoga.
- Level 2: Beginners.
- Level 3: Students with one to two years experience with Iyengar
Yoga. Some intermediate poses introduced.
- Level 4: Intermediates. Emphasis will be on more advanced standing
poses, backbends, and inverted poses.
- Level 5: For teachers and senior students.
- Restorative: A restorative series of poses is taught, often poses
are supported.
