Come be nurtured, relaxed and renewed in one of Jamie’s famous “Power Napping” classes. This is a plush, lush, two-hour sequence of Iyengar Restoratives that will leave your body happy and your heart full. Class limited to 12 participants!

New students may pre-register (see below) or just show up and register directly with the teacher at the beginning of class. It is best to call first in case of any schedule changes.
